APPLICATIONS WITH STONEBOXES

CBS Beton provides standard walls with stoneboxes. The stoneboxes with partitions are made of mesh and filled with stone. The mesh, protected against corrosion (aluminum +- zinc) has a mesh size of 50mm x 50mm and a wire thickness of 4mm. A stonebox basket is usually evenly divided into internal cells by one or more diaphragms.
 

A stonebox basket is mounted against a retaining wall with a 20cm gap This means that you need 1m3 stones for 5m3 stoneboxes.

You can choose the finishing of the Stoneboxes: on the sides without or with a column (max. 2m long and standard 30cm wide) and for the tops without or with a ‘TOP’ (max. 25cm high) and possibly with a return on the other side. (see options 1-2-3).
